To begin, you simply send your merchant and non-merchant
invoices via email or the secure uploader to the ICaaS solution.
If your team is short staffed, the Konica Minolta team can even
do the scanning for you! Any number or key data points can
be extracted from any document — up to 10 fi elds. Within 24
hours, we will send back key index data fi les and related images
from the documents that have been reviewed and verifi ed.
Within the management dashboard, you can see how many
pages and fi les we have processed and the number of items that
remain to be verifi ed and corrected. The ICaaS solution works on
all common fi le formats (PDF/TIF/JPG/PNG/GIF/IMG) and the
key index data is provided back to you in CSV or XML fi le format.

• Upload a vendor fi le so that we can provide
the vendor name and vendor number when
recognizing invoices.
• You will be assigned an encryption key
that is used to uniquely secure the fi les
and transmission of the fi les. Once fi les are
delivered to you, we delete them from
our servers.
• Any number of vendors may be entered into
the document; there are no size restrictions.
The only caveat is that only one fi le can exist
in the vendor fi le folder at a time. If there
are additional fi les, the vendor fi le may not
be uploaded.
• After you set up your account, you will be
able to confi gure your indexing options via
the ICaaS settings interface.
